"Peter And The Wolf" At St. Paul's Church Tomorrow
St. Paul's Church, in partnership with Brooklyn Sounds Concert Series, is presenting Sergei Prokofiev's "Peter and the Wolf" tomorrow, November 16th, 2012. There will be three performances during the day at 10:00, 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 PM and one in the evening at 7 PM. To make these performances in their Children's Concert series easily accessible to school children of all economic means, the tickets are only $8.

The tradition continues with perhaps the greatest children's orchestral work of all time by Sergei Prokofiev. Follow young Peter and his animal friends on an exciting adventure as they capture the dangerous wolf! Each character in the story is represented by an instrument of the orchestra. Then, learn about musical dynamics with the help of Joseph Haydn's famous 94th Symphony. This is sure to be an unforgettable interactive musical event for listeners of all ages!
